Interview Task

Students prepare questions and conduct a structured interview, then report findings.

Procedure

1. Assign a topic or interviewee role.
2. Students prepare 5-8 interview questions.
3. Conduct the interview (with a partner, classmate, or external guest).
4. Take notes during the interview.
5. Write up or orally report the key findings.

Tips

• Teach the Q→SA+EI strategy (Short Answer + Extra Information) to interviewees to keep conversations flowing naturally.
