Disappearing Text

Class reads a text aloud, then words are progressively erased until they recite from memory.
Procedure
- Display a short text on the board (4-6 sentences).
- Class reads it aloud together.
- Erase a few words.
- Class reads again, supplying missing words from memory.
- Continue erasing until the board is empty and the class recites the full text.
Tips
- Erase function words first, keep content words as anchors.
- Works brilliantly for memorising dialogues, poems, or target structures.
